Inclusive Assistant Director

The duties of a second/third assistant director are well-known. However, these duties expand or change as soon as people with disabilities become part of a project. Therefore, I created the position of Inclusive Assistant Director (IAD ) .Their functions differentiale/expand from those of a standard assistant Director. The following table lists the functions and the period of activity. Furthermore, it is highly advantageous to have all functions handled by an IAD (qualified, of course) in order to oversee the entire process from scouting/casting to the end of filming. The sooner the actor can establish a relationship with their IAD, the more relaxed the working atmosphere will be. The following table lists the functions and the period of activity.
